We would like to reassure our partners and customers that at vScaler it is business-as-usual during these uncertain times. We have a robust business continuity plan in place to minimise the disruption caused by the current COVID-19 pandemic.
As purveyors of Cloud technology, vScaler staff already work remotely, with the majority of our meetings taking place via virtual meeting rooms or over the phone. Our supply chain’s global footprint allows for flexibility in our operations which mitigates impact to our customers.
Our primary concern is the well-being of our staff, partners and customers and as such, we will continue to follow the advice from the UK Government and World Health Organisation. We are currently following stringent work, travel, hygiene and cleaning practices in our places of work.
Should you be due to meet with a member of our team in the near future, we are insisting that these meetings take place over the phone or via Webex instead. Your host will communicate directly with you to arrange this so as to ensure your own safety and the safety of our staff.
